Online Hydrogen Peroxide Analyser

AccuSeries LPA online wet chemistry analyser

Online Hydrogen Peroxide Analyser with AccuSeries

AccuSeries supports two documented hydrogen peroxide approaches: potentiometric titration using an ORP probe, and colour titration using an optical probe. The selected method is configured for the concentration range, sample matrix, wetted materials and process objective.

The potentiometric method typically takes about 18 minutes; the colour-titration method aligned with CEFIC AM-7157 typically takes about 20 minutes. Confirm the required method and sample conditions with PMA. Review the online titration analyser, the semiconductor wastewater analysis application page and the wider AccuSeries platform.

Programmable online hydrogen peroxide analysis

The programmed sequence controls sampling, acid addition, potassium permanganate titration, endpoint detection and result calculation. Endpoint detection uses either ORP response or optical absorbance, depending on the configured method.

01 / CONFIGURED METHOD

A method matched to hydrogen peroxide and the process

Hydrogen peroxide can be measured by potentiometric titration with an ORP probe or by colour titration using an optical probe at 550 nm with an 810 nm reference.

A controlled hydrogen peroxide measurement sequence

Each hydrogen peroxide result follows a configured sampling, reagent, measurement, calculation and maintenance sequence.

01.

Capture the sample

The internal fast loop and sample mechanism provide a representative, consistent sample volume for hydrogen peroxide analysis.

02.

Add method reagents

The programmed sequence adds sulphuric acid and potassium permanganate in controlled volumes for the selected hydrogen peroxide titration method.

03.

Run the configured method

The analyser monitors either the ORP change or the faint purple optical endpoint as potassium permanganate reacts with hydrogen peroxide.

04.

Calculate the hydrogen peroxide result

The detected titration endpoint is converted into the configured hydrogen peroxide concentration result.

05.

Calibrate

Automatic calibration can run against configured hydrogen peroxide standards at selected intervals.

06.

Clean

Automatic cleaning supports the hydrogen peroxide measurement system between planned maintenance visits.

Designed for practical hydrogen peroxide monitoring

The modular AccuSeries design keeps wet-chemistry components accessible while hydrogen peroxide results, diagnostics and method controls remain available through the interface.

Touchscreen

Clear access to hydrogen peroxide results, status and analyser functions.

Data logging

Integrated hydrogen peroxide result storage with USB export.

Separate compartments

Electronic and wet-chemistry sections are physically separated.

Low reagent use

Small reagent volumes help control hydrogen peroxide measurement costs.
